This website is run by The Omni Exchange. It tells you about our shop, links to our eBay store and lets you contact us. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Buying from us
All purchases are made on eBay and are governed by the eBay User Agreement and the terms shown on each listing. The price, condition, availability, shipping and return terms shown on eBay are the ones that apply to your order.
Consignment
Sending a consignment request through this site doesn’t create an agreement on either side. We’ll agree on the specific terms, including your payout, with you before we list anything.
Our content
The Omni Exchange name, logo, text and photos on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to eBay and other websites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using this site. This doesn’t affect any rights you have as a buyer under eBay’s policies or the law.
