Who we are

This website belongs to The Omni Exchange, a resale shop that sells through eBay. If you have any questions about your information, email riley@theomniexchange.com.

What we collect

We don’t have accounts, logins or a newsletter on this site. We only collect what you choose to send through our contact or consignment forms:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and ZIP code, if you add them
• Your message, details about your items and any photo links you share

How we use it

• To reply to your message or consignment request
• To arrange and keep records of any consignment we agree on

We don’t sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

Services that help run this site

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
• Web3Forms delivers what you submit through our forms to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.

We don’t use advertising, analytics trackers or tracking cookies.

Buying on eBay

Purchases happen on eBay and are covered by eBay’s privacy notice. When you buy from us, eBay shares the details we need to fulfill your order, like your name and shipping address. We use them only for that order.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you, and consignment records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Just email riley@theomniexchange.com.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
